Rita Terzian was born in Glendale, California and  received her bachelor’s degree from California State
University of Northridge in Political Science and a minor in Psychology. In April of 2021, she started working at the Glendale Youth Alliance where she assists youth in their employment journey and works closely with City Departments to create partnerships and pathways to success. Rita also operates rental assistance programs with GYA including the California Emergency Rental Assistance Program (CERAP) and the Low-Income Family Employment & Rental Assistance Program (LIFERAP). She plans to attend law school and pursue a career as a attorney. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and having a blast with her doggo, Sevo.
