Youth Services Coordinator
Jasmine Venegas-Goulet has been working with the City of Glendale since 2001. She graduated from
California State University of Los Angeles with a degree in Social Work. Passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives, she takes pride in providing the best service possible to youth ages 14-24
in various GYA employment and training programs. In addition to her job, Jasmine is the Vice President of the Glendale Latino Association (GLA) Scholarship Committee, an organization which provides college scholarships to students. She is married to Randy a Veteran and a proud parent to Natalie and Andrew. She also cares for two beagles, Willie and PJ and two cats, Simba and Nala which bring happiness to her life.
