Zhanna Karapetyan brings her unique input to better understand present day youth needs and barriers to her role at the Glendale Youth Alliance. She joined GYA at just fourteen years old as a youth program participant, where she found the support and guidance that helped shape her path forward. Creative and energetic, she loves dancing, drawing and is always fueled by a good cup of coffee.
Zhanna graduated from Glendale High School and is currently continuing her education at Glendale Community College. Inspired by the impact GYA had on her own life, she soon joined the organization as a staff member, committed to giving back and supporting youth who are navigating similar journeys. She believes that encouragement and mentorship can empower young people to build confidence and achieve their goals.
Passionate about working with youth, Zhanna enjoys helping young people discover their potential and move forward with purpose.
