Follow the "two easy steps" below to apply for a job:
1) If you are between 14-24 years old, and are interested
in getting a job through GYA, fill out the online application.
2) Bring completed application
to our offices at 1255 S. Central Ave., Glendale, CA. 91204,
and we will give your application to the staff of the most appropriate
program for you, based on your age, experience and qualifications,
our staff members will then match you with ob opportunities with
businesses in our community.

Summer
Fire Prevention/Brush Clearance Program
This program is designed to give 14- and 15-year old youth their
first job experience. In July, participants receive two weeks of
life skills and pre-employment training. On supervised teams, they
spend the next six weeks removing overgrown brush from public hillsides.
Youth should apply by May 1 - follow the instructions at the top
of the page. |
