Scholarship Recipients for 2005 - 2006

The Glendale Youth Alliance would like to thank Nextblock.com, Charter Communications, KaiserPermanente, The Armenian Chamber, The Glendale Memorial Hospital and The Gas Company for generously providing scholarships to the following youth.

	Angela Yardanyan Glendale Memorial Hospital Scholarship Recipient Angela Vardanyan currently graduated from Glendale High School and is attending Glendale Community College. After completing her transfer classes she plans to attend UCLA to obtain a degree in Biology.
	Armik Shahmirzaian Glendale Memorial Hospital Scholarship Recipient Armik Shahmirzaian is a recent graduate from Hoover High School. He will be attending Glendale Community College where he will be taking General Educations Classes. He would like to transfer to Cal Poly Pomona University and obtain a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
	Azucena Garcia Glendale Memorial Hospital Scholarship Recipient Azucena Garcia is a recent graduate from Glendale High School. She will be attending Glendale Community College this fall to fulfill her transfer classes. After completing her transfer classes she hopes to transfer to a 4 year university to obtain a degree in Architecture.
	Diana Ponce Glendale Memorial Hospital Scholarship Recipient Diana Ponce recently graduated from Glendale High School. She's very responsible and goal orientated young lady. Diana is currently attending Glendale Community College and plans to transfer to UC Berkeley where she wil major in Biology. She plans to dedicate herself to becoming a pediatrician in the near future.
	Hermine Kitapszyan Glendale Memorial Hospital Scholarship Recipient Hermine Kitapszyan is a dedicated and intelligent emplyoee. She is a recent graduate from Glendale High School and will be attending Glendale Community College. During her time at Glendale Community College she will be working on transferring to Cal State University of Los Angeles. She would like to obtain a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts and pursue a career in teaching.
Image Not Available	Lilit Navasardyan Glendale Memorial Hospital Scholarship Recipient Lilit Navasardyan is a diligent and dependable employee. She works hard and is very dedicated to her family. Lilit recently graduated from Glendale High School and will be attending Glendale Community College this fall. During her time at Glendale Community College she will be working towards transferring to California State University Northridge. She would like to obtain her Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts to fulfill her dreams of becoming a teacher.

Maria is a recent graduated from Hoover High School and will be attending Pasadena Community College. During her studies at Pasadena Community College she would like to work towards her degree in nursing.

She is currently attending Glendale Community College and is working on completing her general education classes. She hopes to transfer to California University Northridge and work towards obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

She recently graduated from Glendale High School and will be attending Glendale Community College. After completing her transfer classes she would like to transfer to UCLA as a chemistry major. Her goal in life is to become a chemical engineer.

After completing his general education classes he plans to transfer to USC where he would like to obtain a Bachelors Degree in accounting.

She currently graduated from Clark Magnet High School and will be attending Glendale Community College this fall. After completing her transfer classes she hopes to attend the University of San Diego and obtain a bachelors degree in psychology.
